The tenant will be Patis Bakery who is an expanding tenant in the New York City market. Sam Schertz and Ryan Adhami of Schuckman Realty represented the landlord in the transaction.
The brokers educated the tenant on the additional residential units being built around the property and the value of the neighboring tenants, such as Starbucks, The Vitamin Shoppe, Asuka Sushi and QQ Nails.
