Mr. Roos focuses on retail investment sales in the New York City, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Long Island Markets, as well as continuing to work on dispositions in the NNN lease sector with previous clients across the United States.
Prior to joining Schuckman Realty, Mr. Roos was at SAB Capital, where he solely focused on NNN investment sales on a national scale and underwrote more than $50M in NNN retail for clients from Florida to California. Mr. Roos’ NNN tenants consisted of QSR, dollar stores, banks, and value-add shopping centers, including a 60K square foot shopping center that was 50% vacant and after a bidding war, transacted at a 6.98% cap above list price.
