Farmingville, NY; Schuckman Realty has facilitated the leasing of a 10,000 square foot retail space in the former Kmart at Expressway Plaza Shopping Center to Five Below. Expressway Plaza is located approximately .25 miles North of the Long Island Expressway at 2280-2350 North Ocean Avenue in Farmingville NY.

Expressway Plaza is currently undergoing a complete renovation. Five Below will join Burlington who recently opened a 33,000 SF store also in the former Kmart space. Other notable tenants at Expressway Plaza include, Stop and Shop, LA Fitness, Starbucks, City MD, Burger King, TGI Fridays, GNC and many more.
