The property is a fully Fair Market building consisting of 34 units spread over 30,000 SF. The property located at 63 West 104th Street sold for $21,500,000. or $716 PSF with a 5.5% Cap Rate. There have been a number of newly constructed buildings to hit the market in the recent years, being that this property was a fully Fair Market building made it more unique than the other properties and it attracted the investor to purchase the building.
